Complete documents: you were sent an email from ZippyApp - you will find a link, username, and password. Note, this is NOT the same log in or website as your application

Complete your Food Handler's License and upload to this website's file upload

Purchase non-slip shoes. These are water and oil slip resistant. They can be found at Walmart, DSW, Shoes for Crews, or any other place you can find with these occupational shoes. Be sure they are all black!

Prepare for your First Day

Confirm you have your complete uniform - T-shirt (temporary), Black Slacks, Belt, Non-slip shoes, and Nametag!!

Make sure you are looking professional! Showered, hair pulled back/styled, trimmed and clean nails. If you wear jewelry be sure that is modest/ handbook approved. Men, be sure to shave!

Come a few minutes early so you can put your things away before clocking in!

If you need to update your HR documents, please complete the relevant form and submit it by uploading the file.

I9 - this form is your Employment Eligibility Verification Form. Changing your name would be the only reason to edit this document.

W4 - this form is your tax information. If you were to change your allowances, exemption status, name, or address you will need to edit this document.

Direct Deposit - this form is your bank information or payroll purposes. If you edit where you would like your payroll to be sent, you will need to edit this document. Please allow 10 days for changes to go into effect.
