Orientation

In preparation for your Orientation, you will need to complete a few tasks: 

  1. Complete your application if you have not already

  2. Complete documents: you were sent an email from Decisely - you will find a second email after signing the offer letter.

  3. Purchase non-slip shoes. These are water and oil slip resistant. They can be found at Walmart, DSW, Shoes for Crews, or any other place you can find with these occupational shoes. Be sure they are all black! 

Prepare for your First Day

  • Confirm you have your complete uniform - T-shirt (temporary), Black Slacks, Belt, Non-slip shoes, Nametag, and Safety Vest if Front of House!

  • Make sure you are looking professional! Showered, hair pulled back/styled, trimmed and clean nails. No acrylic nails or nail polish will be allowed. If you wear jewelry be sure that is modest/ handbook approved.

  • Come a few minutes early so you can put your things away before clocking in!

What to bring to Orientation

Location: Chick-fil-A Cedar Hill

  • I9 Forms of ID (unsure what to bring? click here)

  • Pen and paper to take notes!

  • Smart Phone (if you have one) to download 2 apps

Where to park: 

While working, you can either park in the Home Depot Parking lot closest to our restaurant OR you can park in the canopy side of the restaurant. 

Enter through the Employee Entrance doors near the playground when you arrive and don't forget to put your things away and visit the restroom before you clock in!​

If you know you will not get a 30 minute break, you are welcome to eat your meal before or after your shift.
